What is the delivery time?
We deliver orders with a delivery address in the Netherlands within two working days, if in stock. The other destinations have a longer delivery time.
Is it possible to have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, this is possible. You can enter any desired delivery address during the ordering process. The delivery address may differ from the billing address.
What happens if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
We will leave a message describing the options. You can contact us to make a new appointment. After the first delivery attempt, we will try twice to deliver the package to you. You can then pick up the package at the nearest collection point, after which we will send it back.
I have placed an order but have not received a confirmation by e-mail, was it successful?
It is possible that the confirmation email has ended up in your junk mail. It is also possible that you have entered an incorrect e-mail address. You can check this in your mailbox or by logging into your account. Wanneer bovenstaande opties niet voor jou gelden kun je ook contact opnemen met onze klantenservice. I have not received my order.
