Returns and Complaints Procedure

Returns can be made within 14 days.

If you want to return an item, please send an email to nhlstenden@p-p.nl. Mention in the e-mail which item(s) it concerns, your name, address details and the account number to which the purchase amount must be refunded.
You will receive an email from us with a brief explanation of the return process and the handling of the return payment.

Only undamaged items will be reimbursed.

 

Do you have a complaint?

You can email this to nhlstenden@p-p.nl. Indicate in the subject that it concerns a complaint and the order number of your order. Please describe in the email what the desired action is, return or exchange.
